All you need to do is sign up for a hosting account, for the first time you have to login in the www.blogger.com other blog, after that click for sign up word or Get started.
This process will create a Google account that you can use on other Google services. If we already have a Google account perhaps from Gmail, Google Groups, or Orkut, please sign in first.
After that fill in all your basic information. Make sure you choose a username and password that you will remember!
Choose a name that fits the subject of your blog. When you log into your account you will have a section near the top of the page that says “Search for a Domain”. click continue and follow the instruction on the page. after finished you will have your own blog and can start to write what do you want to write it.
